Sorry, but there is no scientific evidence that alt-meds work. If they did, they wouldn't be considered alt-med anymore, by definition.

This is true, even the most fundamentalist of the religious can be very intelligent........ except when it comes to their religious beliefs, then all logic and intellect goes out the door.

There has always been a basis and evidence to support the knowledge that the world was round. The horizon, the movement of the stars, the way water drains and more. However, even if I give you this statement as a fact it still just amounts to an appeal to ignorance. You're simply saying that "maybe" there is evidence, therefore you know superpowers exist. That is fallacious logic.

Faith is also what produced Ghandhi, Mother Theresa and Martin Luther King. So let's please remember that faith can be used for great good as well as great evil.

Of those three, only MLK is a person I'd consider to be a GOOD person. Ghandhi was racists, mother theresa was a sadist, only faith lends people to believe these two to be saints. Faith is only a motivator, it is not a source of knowledge, wisdom or morality.
